INNOCENCE Shinobi aren't all bad... are they, Father? Morning. Dawn had peaked at the Tsubasa family manor and the warm, bright sun was beginning to flood its halls. Inside, all was well. The typical morning routine was going on with the exception of two new guests. The youngest of the two seemed to be in a hurry. His armor barely clinging to his body as he ran through the house to gather his things. A pancake, made by the ever lovely and talented Akane, was hanging out of his mouth as he rushed to gather his things. He had a long day ahead of him, and the young boy was looking forward to it. Minutes would pass, and eventually the doors to the manor burst open. The young heir to the Iron country would come running out and, as a way to allow his young heart and spirit shine, would leap down the front staircase until he colided with the ground below, kicking up dust under his boots. Over his shoulder, the young boy carried a backpack that he planned to use throughout the day. In his left hand, a rolled up piece of paper could be seen being clutched onto. He was new to Soragakure, so he managed to convince Akane to give him a map of the village. "Ittekimasu! I'm off. Thanks for the map, Akane-san. Behave yourself, Nii-san!" the young boy would shout before taking off down the pathway to the village. A cheerful expression was on the young samurai's face when he finally arrived in the village square. Despite his young appearance, he knew that he was quite out of place. He caught the eyes of a few people as they passed him, staring at him as if he were a freak. He didn't blame them though, he was new in these parts. His attire was also quite odd. He was young, and yet wore armored gauntlets, boots and small chestplate. Of course he stood out among the people of the village. As he sat on the edge of the fountain in the center of town, he spent his time looking down at the map that Akane had given him. The village was not only foreign, but it was spacious. There was no way he would be able to find what he was looking for without the map. "The weapon shop's over there.. that's where I can get pick up some supplies. Hmm.. Oh! I should get a gift for Asuka for when I return.. I wonder what kind of things would make good gifts for girls.." He was so focused on the map and his own thoughts, that he didn't know if anyone was going to try to sneak up on him or what not. He was in such a foreign town that anything could happen. Which was why, beneath the mantle that hung down past his waist, would be the sheath of his short sword. He never went anywhere without it. | words 489 tags Open notes xxx chakra 100% |
