IC Training System

    As most people are likely aware, people do not attain new skills just over night. Usually they train in order to attain these new skills whether that happens to be alone or under the watchful eye of a tutor. This here is a system the gauge how well your training is to pay off and whether you can advance your skill through your training method or not, however be aware that through using the IC Training System you are only able to increase your skill one aspect at a time, although not all skills have aspects.

    Even with the usage of the IC Training System you still have to use exp in order to rank up your skills formally, however through the use of this system you will gain a discount towards your next rank up, however you will never be capable of gaining a full discount and you are only capable of training for an aspect discount once per rank. This being said, a character is only able to train in the Chakra Control (genjutsu kai, shape transformation, drain) once before they must rank up to train it again, however various training methods will earn you various discounts.

Those methods of training are as follows:

-Solo

-Master and Student

-Group

    Now obviously Master and Student would net you the highest gain in discount where Solo would net you the lowest. This is simply because when training Solo you may be training improperly or miss something and cause the training to not be nearly as effective, where as when training under a master's watchful gaze, you will train more properly and will be less likely to miss something. Then there is group training where you're still under the master's watchful gaze, so you have an increase from solo, but because there are multiple people the master may at times missing things that may be crucial to your training. This effect becomes more severe the more people that are training with you, although you will be guaranteed more of a discount than if you were to solo your training.

As for the Discounts themselves:

-Solo = 10%

-Group = 15% + 10/x% (x is number of students)

-Master and Student = 40%


    Now please remember, whether or not you actually get the discount is up to the discretion of the staff grading your rp. That staff member is also allowed to either give you more or less of a discount if they so choose, however no matter what no discount earned should be lower than the discount of the ranking below it.

    Furthermore, in training RPs you will attain x1 EXP but you will not attain any RYO. Also Training RPs must be marked with [Training] in the title and cannot be registered as also being a mission or plot. If staff catches you attempting to abuse the system, due punishment will be given and you can possibly lose your character due to a most unfortunate circumstance.
