She’d want to start with the face injuries but her eyes caught the glimpse of Naomi’s hand. The doctor reached out and grabbed the girl’s wrist, pulling it up and looking at the wound “I wouldn’t consider this a minor wound… just saying…” she’d say, looking over at Tori before looking back at Naomi “Listen sweetie…” she’d say, slowly moving her right hand above the injured hand and her left hand beneath it, looking into her eyes “This won’t hurt, you’re just lucky you did not sever an arm or something… that would’ve been ten times as worse, believe me” Mizuki’s words carried some meaning to them; she was head doctor for a reason after all. She was then only one in the village capable of recovering severed limbs, even if at a very excruciating cost. Slowly the palms of Mizuki would start to glow as she activated Mystical Palm, letting her powers do the work for her slowly. The wound would start to feel a bit numb and tingly as the doctor proceeded the healing process “Now Naomi…” she’d say, looking at the girl eye to eye “I understand you want to be strong for the sake of pleasing your mother… but I doubt ignoring pain like this will help you in any way in the long run…” she’d say, looking down at her hand for a moment and shaking her head “Sit still, this will take a bit to heal” she’d say, keeping focused, even if she seemed to be having a bit of a hard time focusing decently. The woman spoke out “How in the heck did you get this injury? It looks about the size of a kunai… were you attacked by another genin?” she woman asked. She figured that the scratches on Naomi’s face were from an animal but the hand injury didn’t look like something an animal could do and Mizuki had seen similar wounds in the past but she wanted to know… had this been self-inflicted, a targeted attack or the simple fact of a pure accident.
