Tera had maybe had a little too much sugar that afternoon.

To be more accurate; Tera had absolutely had far too much sugar. She'd raided her nee-chan's stash of chocolate again and had, somehow, ended up eating everything she'd nicked. Which happened to be quite a lot.

So the rest of the Clan had had to deal with her bouncing off the walls for the past several hours. As one might guess, they were oh so utterly thrilled about this. Eventually she'd pretty much gotten kicked out of the house and told to go expend the energy somewhere that wasn't in one of her relative's faces.

So she'd spent about two hours running around in the park, chasing squirrels (she didn't catch any, sadly) and bothering fellow genin. Yeah, although she was a genin now and was supposed to be more mature... She still acted like a sugar high little kid, even when she hadn't practically eaten her weight in candy.

Now it was getting dark and she was heading home, coming off the sugar high and totally super tired.

She slunk down the halls and slipped into the bedroom she shared with her twin and jumped on her bed, grinning happily. Of course, she didn't notice Kikyo until after she'd probably disturbed her by bouncing on the bed.
