It had been at least a couple of days since Ki had met with the interesting woman, Sayuri Akira- and her ...Chiton? She still didn't have a name for it. Blood Release seemed the most apt. Thing that had been mulling inside Ki for the past couple of days was the control she had. She never knew that Akira had existed, and the more she thought about it, the more it irritated her.
So she was going to visit the Kamina. She had been doing some less than... appreciative things. Her own office wasn't actually that far from the Kamina's. So it was a short walk, but the woman was always busy. But she could catch her out. Walking down the many hallways in the Village Hidden in Agony, the Jōnin Hanchō had work in her right hand. She was not donning her Haori today, and instead was bearing a Shikakusho- simple enough.
She found herself at the side of the Kamina's office. People were walking past; all doing their daily business. All councilmen, and whatever you would expect for such an area. Even her assistant was hard at work. Giving a nod to the Kamina's assistant, Ki knocked on the door. She didn't wait to be told to come in.

A small sound of the Kamina yelling and someone yelling back at her could be heard before a few seconds later the door was literally slammed open..The kamina was pissed. A shinobi rolling out through the door, "I swear to god if you guys fail one more mission I'm going to have you strung up by your ankles and pinned upside down into the walls of the village!" she'd yell at the man. Not taking notice of her Hanchou anywhere near her. Taking a deep breath she would rub her forehead though inside her office it was a mess, papers were piled everywhere and a large amount of them being reports that she either really didn't care to finish reading or hadn't touched. Making her way towards her seat, she would slam her fist into her desk, a cracking sound could be heard as she did so..They didn't make furniture sturdy enough. At least not when the Kamina was pissed...She tried to calm down, her swords were laying next to her chair...Her head tilted towards the now broken off door..A few people already getting to work on correcting it.
The red headed women would stare at her Hanchou, taking a few moments to collect herself, "Yes?" she'd ask, obviously biting back the fact she was ready to rip someones head off. On the bright side, the Kamina knew how to be civil to someone who hadn't pissed her off, so she'd eye to one of the seats in her office, "Take a seat." she'd say, a mix of commanding and offering in her voice, yep, she was still pissed. But it'd subside as time went on."How may I help you?" she'd ask, taking a seat, leaning forward and tapping her now bleeding hands on the desk, then tapping her fingers trying to keep her mind off of the fact she wanted to finish the job on that jounin.
Take a seat? And that she would. She took a few moments to look around the office. She places down her own papers and turned them around to face the Kamina, on a space of her desk that hadn't been took up by the piling papers. Ki then herself, leant over to the side and picked up one of the un-touched reports, and then impeccably pulling out one of her own pens, and flipping it open.
"Kamina-sama. While I check this report for myself, please take the time to read the one I've placed on your table. That right there is the character profile of one Sayuri Akira. Check her combat potential page. There is no mention of what I found. Up until a few days ago, Kamina-sama, is that she existed."
Having read the report, Ki began ticking some of the things on there and making notes to the side- but stopping for a moment to look at the Kamina.
"The Jōnin Hanchō position is theoretically the second highest ranking in comparison to the Kamina, despite being a Jōnin nonetheless. What I found with this ANBU member under Shizuka-kun's unit is that she had a hidden ability over her blood. In the manipulation outside of her own body- something she had not even told Shizuka-kun."
Finishing off the report, she placed it to one side. Ki then crossed her arms. Looking directly to the Kamina.
"Frankly, this brought up irritation within me, Kamina-sama. I may be in charge of the regular shinobi force, but there are still many shinobi who I am not yet aware of. I'm asking you give me more responsibility; that Shizuka-kun and Mizuki-kun moderately have to answer to me; largely are in control of their own forces, but I will be able to partake in their affairs. To have any information I request; much like this particular Shinobi."
Ki stopped, allowing the Kamina to speak and ask any questions she wanted. And for her to take a breather and collect her thoughts.

Kaori would look at the report..Staring at it for a few moments as she'd read through it, yawn, boredom set it. Setting it aside she would stare at the women listening to her intently..Or not...Variable degrees of not giving a shit could be seen practically radiating off her inner soul. "And theoretically I can misplace my hand upside the back of your head..Doesn't mean it's true." she would state rather bluntly. "Just because you're the jounin Hanchou does not give you the ability to interfere, or know anymore about certain things than any other Jounin in this village. I trust you to protect the genin, the chuunin, and the other Jounin. As far as the other groups, such as and pertaining to medical and Anbu, those are domains that you are not allowed info of, or about unless given directly from one of them, or on my command. And I'm afraid I'm not going to give that."
The Kamina would yawn softly as she laid her head back, "Look..I'm going to be rather blunt..I know shinobi are intent on keeping some secrets to themselves..I for one am one of them...Now whether you agree to the fact that I personally find it interesting learning something about someone, or I feel that personal secrets are lovely things..I just so happen to be one of many." she would smile softly staring at the woman, grabbing her sword, it was a dark grey sword with her name etched into both the blade and the sheath, but the blade was hidden, so that it didn't scare the hanchou off. "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to decline your wanting of information to those of which that are outside of your own grasp." She would sigh softly, "Do you have any counter argument or are you just going to go and behave like a good girl?" she was seriously still not in the mood for this.."So..Floor is open to you." she'd smile softly, listening softly.
But that right there was one of the reasons that Ki took the job. It was actually interesting for Ki to talk with the Kamina. When they founded the village, Ki knew what she was getting into, and just like the many other conversations they had held before with one another. Even when the placed the sword on her lap, Ki wasn't outwardly fazed.
"Of course, Kamina-sama." she said, allowing the woman her own opinion. Gesturing as she did so. "Okay, so if you died in the heat of a war, that is me jumping to the worst-case scenario; you, who is in charge of directing the shinobi forces as a whole; the second in charge would be in more degree of command of a Shinobi force that I wouldn't know about; and knowing is half the battle. How would I know if I was sending a medic to do a frontal assault? I wouldn't be aware, that's Mizuki-chan's forces." This is the exaggeration, but it helps me portray the point I'm trying to make."
"I do not have problems with there being secrets, Kamina-sama, as I have them myself. But if ignoring a potential risk which leads to an ill made decision impacting us on a much larger scale- as a village. That could be disastrous. I know barely anything about the medical properties of drugs other than the basics, but I do know about budget, spending and the process of these fresh Genin wishing to take a path in Iyrou-ninjutsu and making sure it is well received for Mizuki-chan."

Taking a deep breath, she would listen to the woman, leaning forward and slamming her head on her desk rather rapidly, looking up at the women. "May I just say something? If I am to die on the battlefield I die on the battlefield. And as such you would take over and be prepped with information on who does what, when and where. Not to mention right now when it comes to war I'd rather not think about one, as much fun as one might be..I like having a daughter that's alive and well." Very rarely did she ever bring her child up into a conversation, but she was an awkward person none the less. Staring at the women, she would lean forward and smirk, her sword resting easily across her lap, "To be rightfully honest, if people go into her cares. Who knows what's going in the insane depraved very lonely mind." She would giggle softly, oh how the woman entertained her.
"Rather simply...It's your job to make sure that those who aren't in those areas, regardless, are fine. You should know since you came into your position who had been moved to medical, Anbu is a nay because nobody, but myself and the anbu themselves know those members." she would sigh softly, "Do you have anything else you'd like to do or say Miss Mushou?" she'd stare at the women rather blankly, she had no intent of dying in combat, so it was kind of pointless to even think that far into the game
The Kamina was one tough nut to crack. Ki was determined, but she knew when to step down. That didn't mean it was the end of it, though. She would keep trying, only being more elaborate about the situation. She would allow herself to be clouded by the ill judgement, using her child as a n example, which Ki felt was the wrong way. But it was hard to change someone's opinion, if you looked at it from the view of how hard it would be to change Ki's opinion; it was that simple. It was understandable.
"How is the kid, anywho?" Ki generally didn't care, nor would she ever reply back about her own two miscarriaged children; something she had never spoken a word about to anybody. "Heck, if you gave me more work then maybe you wouldn't be so neck-deep in it either. But hey."
Ki stood up, stretching. "Kaori. do you want to go have a drink? Not alcoholic. I could use a break."

The women would let out a rather annoyed sigh, she hated the fact that people offered her drinks..It was her village, she figured she would offer them the drinks if anything. But for once she'd decide to shake her head and decline the offer to make a rather crystal statement. Sitting up straight she'd tap her fingers on her desk, "Ki. I do not want you to interfere with Medical and Anbu duties. Though if you do continue to persist in these efforts..I'm afraid I can't guarantee what either of them may or may not to do to you as a safe or reasonable thing to your own person. Is that understood?" she'd state rather blankly. She really didn't care much for people who decided that jumping into someone's business was an overly good idea, nor did she really care about what happened to these said people, and as she had seemed to grow up watching. A lot of the time this normally ended up in someone getting either seriously hurt or killed whichever came first, normally the ladder was the main option people seemed to enjoy and lead into more.
"And I can't guarantee any pardons on your behalf if you do end up getting yourself into trouble within the two groups. As how they run their own sides of things is their own business, and I'd prefer not to piss anyone off right now that might have the ability to change the tide of a war in case that they suddenly become an enemy." She was rather blunt and straight to the point now, "You can go ahead and have your break Ki. You may need it after all that you've been through. I know that getting into my office may be a bit a pain in the ass after all. But I suppose that's a price that comes with being Kamina. Nobody ever leaves you alone and you never get a day off." she'd smirk softly, before placing her sword on the side of her chair, she'd grab a bundle of papers and look down at them, sighing as she'd start to read."My kid is fine. I think." she'd stare rather confused as to why someone would even bother asking her about her kid as rare as it was to ever see the two in the same room together.
"I understand." Ki wasn't going to pursue anything any further. It was pointless. But that wouldn't stop her from her scheming little mind. Always at work. With her wording, the Kamina made it very obvious that killing was a subtext. She would rather leave than be killed, if that were possible to begin with. She wouldn't be killed.
She began to leave, she didn't take the report she had first given to her Kamina. When she spoke again, Ki only turned her face to look. "That is true, Kamina-sama." she then left.
