RUNES where's my leaf special?  Allen would lift up the paper he had been given at the start of the day however now it was much messier than it had been when he was first given it. He read off the next task on the list, it was dropping off a tax book to Rinas office, that didn’t sound too hard. He would sigh slightly however as despite having the chore list he really didn’t want to have to do them, he wanted some time to himself. Maybe once he had done one or two more tasks on the list he could actually get some rest and have a wonder about in the forest which was just outside of the village. He would slowly walk up towards the building which was the book store and sigh placing the piece of paper into his pocket, it wasn’t even that the trip was that long it was just so much effort going from the ramen store to the book store and then having to go back home to go back out. He would sigh and push open the door which led into the building and slowly walk in looking around he didn’t seen many people in the building, but that was a given who would read too much during the day? He would slowly walk up and tap the wooden desk at which someone normally sat however right now it was empty, he stood there waiting and picked up a book that was on the desk. Slowly flicking through the pages of the book he would notice that the book was about fire chakra this was important information such as how hot the body could handle and how people have used it , he read about it and took in the information. Why was the information so important, due to the new rune he was thinking about which was plasma he needed to mix lightning and fire chakra this wasn’t a bad idea to read about fire to see what the book had on it. Seemingly the book had little he didn’t already know however it did somewhat help him with the idea of the glass rune he know had a good idea of how hot it had to be to turn sand into glass. He would then be thinking about sand getting carried away he wouldn’t notice that the person who needed the chore done had returned to the desk they would cought slightly which snapped him out of his day dream. The man had the tax book with him and smiled slightly as he spoke to Allen “Hey there would you mind taking this and performing a chore for me ? You might have got the list I had dropped off to you today there was quite a few people who wanted you’re assistance so you are very popular for tasks around here it seems Allen.” The man would then reach into his pocket and put the 10,000 Roy for the task on the side and smile towards him before talking off. It seemed that the man running the store trusted him, Allen reached down taking the money and putting it into his pocket before walking off towards the main office of Rina. It would take him some time and he was getting looks from the normal people of the town. To make matters worse some of the Genin level students was laughing at him for not attending the academy, it seemed like he would have to attend it soon. Just to shut them up that was, he could most likely beat them in a 1 v1 fight but that’s not what he wanted to do right now he was aiming to be a polite person in the town and be of value. Soon those attempting to pick on him left him alone this was only after he ignored them for the most part and didn’t even bother to look at them, after all were they really worth it? Once he had arrived at the building that he had to drop this tax book off at, he would push open the doors and the people within the main room looked at him weirdly was he even meant to be here did he get the wrong building? He waited in queue, making sure that he didn’t annoy anyone for pushing in line not that this would take too long in the first place however some people could be easily offended or annoyed. It took what felt likes hours but in real time was only around 45 minutes of standing in line before it was his turn to speak to the receptionist, he waited some time as she worked on the desk before finally responding and looking up at Allen he quickly put the book onto the desk and smiled towards her saying softly “ this is the tax book for the year for the book store , he would have dropped it off himself however he asked me to do it due to how busy he is within the store, is there anything you need to ask me for dropping the book off? “ he paused and smiled before saying to her “ oh yes he said it is meant to go to rina or something im not sure where it goes though honestly I was just told to take it here.” He would then smile and blink waiting for the receptionist’s response. She would flick though the book he had given her and nod her head before saying to Allen “ yes this is all fine I will hand the book to her at the end of the day , thank you for working and dropping this off for him and helping out the village as much as you have been.” She smiled and carried on with her work and Allen left the building taking out the paper from his pocket before opening it up and sighing slightly he now had one less chore on the list but there was still tons more to do. | words 1,010 tags open notes xxx chakra 100% |
