The Lost Boy - A new life

Listening to both Ai and Rina he would nod before eating some more of the ramen which was in front of him still eating slowly as he ate he slowly formulated how he would address the comments which had been given to him he decided to reply to Rina’s comments first as they seemed the most urgent of the two to answer right now. His whole body language at this changed rather than the relaxed method he had been sitting in his hands moved the bowl aside and rested on the table in front of him with his hands linked his tone of voice changed as well for now he spoke must more darker, in the terms of his word choices.


“I told you Rina, while I’m telling you information its only information I think you need to know, other than that you know nothing more or less than what I think I should give you. Right now you have been given a small bit of information in exchange for the politeness of your actions in terms of replacing the food which was lost due to the patrol from your village.” He paused taking a small breathe and then saying “Normally I hunt my own food, however that was ruined, that was days’ worth of following and tracking it to get it taken away within seconds. As for getting captured it wouldn’t be the first time someone wanted to capture me and it won’t be the last, it’s why I don’t remain in one place longer than a few days, and why I don’t trust anyone. “ again after a brief pause he would look rather calmly at her trying to make sure he didn’t insult her say in a tone which was un normal for someone to speak to an elder in “I’d suggest you told no one but Ai over there. At least that’s my views, the less people that know I’m actually here and what I do the better really on top of that despite the offers you gave me I don’t know if I can actually stay here. No doubt people will be after me soon anyways, and they are my problem to deal with if they do chase me down. Not you and you’re village, I don’t like burdening others.”


He paused and looked up at the roof for a moment and then smiled softly “Thanks for the meal, I think that’s all I need for now, no point on eating all of the ramen.” He would then slide the bowl to Ai, it was clear he was able to eat more however, it was just that he took what he needed and left the rest in order not to be greedy. After doing that he would then reply to Ai’s comment which he felt needed to be addressed after this “ while I thank you for the meal its unbefitting for a moocher like myself to eat all of it, so please eat. As for your mother she seems like she was a wise woman, and your father seems like he was a normal male, fighting to prove something all the time. That’s just the way men and women are sadly.” He paused and put his hands into pockets before saying softly “ I honestly can’t remember much about my father, only what the elders taught me other memories are pointless besides it’s not like I can go visit them now anyways that’s impossible.”


He smiled shortly after his gloved hand tapping the desk after exiting the pocket, he was either bored or thinking about something, did he push it too far? No, no he didn’t he needed to make sure they didn’t get to close for those who got close would end up either hurting him or getting hurt themselves after all his family is gone, and he remains he cared about them, yet now they are gone and he is here. Was it all worth it? There was a lot going through his mind right now, a lot. Maybe it was the chance that he would have a permanent home here but yet he had seen no one his age yet, or even worse, he had seen nothing but these two people which could have been tricking him right this second.

Ai's eyes remained lowered to the cup as Rina leaned in and whispered something into her ear, her fingers clenched around her clay cup just tightly enough to cause it to crack and some of her sake to spill on the counter before she shook her head and took in a deep breath and exhaled. "I'm not that strong really..There will always be someone stronger than I am...But I do still train..I'd prefer not to let my body go out of shape.." she'd sigh softly and stand up, "Well..Padding or not..You still are hungry..I can see that much just by how you act..So eat up..Nobody is here to hurt you." she'd start to make her way towards the door, leaning up against it as people moved in and out, staring up at the sky for a while, "Nothing's really bothering me..I'd just personally prefer if I wasn't reminded of how stupid I was when I was young." she'd laugh quietly and look to the boy.

"Well...That's pretty interesting..But I do agree with Rina..It'd be best regardless to keep yourself on a need to know basis..I'm not always around to help those who need helping ya know?" she'd look to Rina, she had a worried look that normally only students of a teacher could understand, "I guess I'm just a bit hesitate when it comes to putting things into chances or risk.." she'd sigh softly, "So pardon me for not going and checking out the place beforehand..I probably should have." she'd tap her foot against the ground, "Though..Allen..Regardless if you just need help..I don't live too far down the street..And normally you can find me walking around at night on guard..So if you really do need something, feel free to ask..It's nice getting to meet someone who shares somewhat the same beliefs as I do." she'd push off the door and walk outside for a while, a few minutes later coming back with some paperwork, "I figured I might as well do it here...If you two don't mind." she'd find an empty spot almost alone from the two as she'd start to read the papers for the day over, missions and reports from other jounin in the village, humming softly to herself while she was it, maybe it was her mind making her trying to forget something...She still didn't know nor did she really care..Work came before anything else after all.

He slowly reached out and took the ramen back and proceeded to finish its contents in order not to appear rude as some people considered not finishing the food you was given as rude however he wanted to avoid that he would listen to Ai’s comments and smiled some of them reassured him and this was good he would look at her and nod slightly “If you are sure, sooner or later that will change not everyone likes my kind around them I can’t blame them honestly.” He paused and smiled not really caring too much about them.


He would nod and sigh softly before saying softly “ I’m another secret like back then but I guess it’s for the best for now, it’s just my luck really. However I tend to come out during the night for walks and thinking time it’s the best time when you can stay high up and away from dangers the fact is some things cannot see that well in the dark so you can have a relaxing time during the night shifts.” He paused and smiled before leaving Ai to do her paper work so he didn’t bother her.

Listening to Rina he would shake his head before saying to her softly “ best thing to do is give me a book of your current Justus or the Kanji for them, that and known elements that’s pretty much the way I learn its not like I can cast a Justu anyway, with my hand the way it is I can form hand signs just not cast Justu’s.”

he paused and looked at her smiling softly as she asked about his hobbies this took some considering time of thinking he took a good few moments before saying softly “ I guess I’ve never had time to think about it, however I guess its reading, I seem to like that and writing and drawing I’m weird like that however I’ve not had much time to do that, that and I shouldn’t be allowed to do anything with pen and paper when I’m sleepy. “ he paused and breathed slowly following his statement up with “ it just looks messy- and that’s not what I like really. Is there anything you two need to ask me before you just let me into the village? I mean you should need to ask me more than this right?”

Ai would sigh softly shaking her head and yawned. "I can't kill anyone..Heh.." she'd smile softly, "Or I haven't in a long time..Probably longer than I can remember..Or care to.." she'd look at her hands a bit as she'd set her paperwork down. "Well..Let's put it this way..If it helps any..At least I'm here to keep you protected if anything..Rina is always busy with village assets that she probably can't find the time to do anything..So if you need training in a few things..Don't worry, just ask, regardless of how your 'talents' might work, I'm sure I can move them into a valuable asset to the village, if you think that it might be needed.." she'd sigh softly, a hyuuga is normally able to adept to many kinds of chakra, and many styles of usages, it was just varying on how the boy had used his own chakra, that had caused a small peak of curiosity.

"Well..Rina..I think I'm going to go out for a bit..Normal place..If you need someone to talk to...I suppose that I'm always there for you." her eyes shifting to Allen, "That goes for you to..I'd be just outside, you can probably ask Rina where.." she'd yawn softly once again as she'd walk towards Rina, leaning in and whispering something into her ear, and moving to Allen, a faint smile on her face..She was glad to see someone so unique in the village..Someone outside of Rina she hopefully can get to be friends with..Or mentor..Or whatever the future had held. Taking a deep breath she'd exhale softly and leave more than enough ryo for the two to keep eating or drinking or whatever..and enough for a well placed tip for the cook. Maybe she had more money than Rina had thought..Maybe she just preferred living a life of simplicity and not luxury.."I'll be off.." she'd start to make her way out.

He would nod his head to both of them as they started to leave, he smiled before looking at the money he would then blink and say to Rina softly “Thanks, but I don’t plan on buying anything Rina.” He paused and smiled before getting patted on the head which actually made him slightly annoyed he wanted to actually say ‘hey I am not a pet of a mistress!’ however he kept his comment to himself saying to her “I’ll be back unless I get into a fight, or something but I doubt I will it’s not really I like to do, so don’t worry I’ll be okay, and don’t send those ANBU guys to follow me, Miss Ai. Id rather not be stalked around, that and it ruins my cover story that I just made up, I am a long lost family member from your fathers side that means no one would really know me. “ He paused and then tucked the chair in before walking slowly out of the shop and said “ thanks for the food!”


He then proceeded to run off, and rather weirdly ran at a wooden fence which stopped people accessing another alley vaulting it in a true pakour style, while it was unclear when he learned this it was expected it was during some point during his time in the wild he picked it up it was more like he knew this was how the best to use human flexibility in order to live. He didn’t even know when he started to do this it was more instinct by now than anything. Once he landed on the other side he ran proceeded to walk and disappeared into the village somewhat mapping out the village in his head and working out the best places to hide, something he always did if he was staying in a place like this he needed places to hide and protect himself just in case also plan ways out of the city.
