KNOWLEDGE every ounce of this world's knowledge belongs to me He was absolutely throbbing with positive energy. He hadn't been so happy since the day that his family had originally left for the holy land. He was positively ecstatic. He wanted to go frolic through a field of flowers. Actually no, maybe that was a bit too far, but still he was happy. He was excited. Ever since the appearance of that runt samurai, Kei had been happy happy happy. Sure the first evening he was pissed, and that was mostly because he had to put up with a snot nosed brat, but hey, there was new possibilities to be had. So why wouldn't he be excited. After all, just think of all of that damn knowledge that he could glean from the samurai's archives. Heck just thinking about all of the information he could possibly amass nearly made him forget just how much he absolutely hated the task that Akane had put him up for today. Almost. Only nothing could truly make him forget about how much he despised children. Nothing could make him forget how much he couldn't tolerate ignorance. "Ugh, why am I here again," he sighed as he sat on top of the ten foot tall, four foot wide, wooden log that protruded from the ground. He rested his chin on the palm of his right hand and his right elbow on his right knee. Yup, right now he was the epitome of festering rage despite how giddy he was, and the genin that trained in the field below him would unfortunately never feel that wrath. "Oh that's right," he mused to himself, "I'm supposed to survey the genin, see if any are... ahem... exceptional." He shook his head and leaded back on the stump by placing his heads on the opposite end to hold himself up, "What a load of crap." In his eyes, it was impossible for any genin to be exceptional. They were just naive, ignorant brats after all. | words 326 tags tenma notes invite only chakra 100% |
