HEAVEN'S GARMENTS ARE WITHOUT SEAMS ✿ The sun shone brightly casting it's warm rays over the endless sea of verdant canopies as far as your sight could stretch. It was this world in which she had grown, beyond the safety of the walled villages, towns and cities that would occasionally dot the landscape of the most beautiful and unspoiled nature that humanity had the privilege to live with. It was truly a sight to behold one that had being observed by people since untold milennia. And with every breath of the wind kissing every feature of her clear skin she could sense it more strongly than ever. Kasumi sat cross legged on a ledge. A journal opened over her lap as the pen scribbled, scrapping the white paper of the red leather bound tome she had being scribbling each day. It was a practice she had done, not to pour her inner thoughts but to describe the process of the mastery of her mysterious ability was going when the day that another user be it her descendant or not appeared there would be a guide. Something to enlighten a path shrouded by an untold obscurity left by the shadow of a myth. A man whose own prowess had to be nothing short of that of a god, if there was god. For the past days she had traveled deep into the most virgin land she could find and this was clearly this. To meditate to find herself in many ways where she could not in the depth of her new home. Not that she hated the village, she loved it, the sounds and scents had overwhelmed her at first. And the joy and pride the people took on the thriving community had done a lot to fill the weeping void that had being carved on her heart in the past. But she needed time for herself after doing countless missions. She did not know whether this was due what ran on her genes or her upbringing, but right now she had no better place to be in the world. Of course she had asked for permission to do this. Someone with such a rare and coveted ability would seldom leave the sanctity of the village but Rina-chan understood this aspect of her and conveyed her permission as long as she remained relatively close to the village. And while she knew her privacy had being respected she suspected that someone was close and whoever it was it would not be in the best of moods for some trailblazing. tag: Kata ▪ words: 437 ▪ Chakra: 100% |
