The girl was about to talk when Allen decided to whisper. The woman closed her eyes and would literally slam her forehead on the desk slightly for a moment. Under her breath, she’d mutter “Allen… bad… Idea…” she’d say before turning her head to look up at the Byakko. Oh she had a lot to account for after this, considering she knew that Byakko had been talking with her because of the expedition to the Forest of Lost Souls.

The girl finaly lifted her head and grumbled “Okay…. Uh…” she’d rub her forehead “Allen, let me explain to Byakko here the gist of things… may I?” she’d say before giving a deep sigh “Allen here is not a normal nin like others… he’s got all elements and no element… Similar as to your Tsuton and my Ototon, he’s got a unique… bloodline…” she’d say before slowly standing up and reached over to the drawer and pulled out a cigarrete and a lighter. It had been a few days before she’d start lighting it up before taking a long drag

The girl waited a moment “Allen here… was a member of the legendary Konohagaruke… nestled deep inside the Forest of Lost souls…” she’d say, closing her eyes and giving a long sigh before taking another drag of her cigarrete and closed her eyes “He was sealed by his family for nine hundred years… since the great war….” She’d leave it be now before closing her eyes and putting out the cigarrete in a nearby ashtray, reaching over to the window and opening it before looking over “I wanted to put him on Ame’s team… Which reminds me, does she still need training for Tessenjutsu? I don’t mind helping her to be honest” she’d say before smiling a bit and looked over to Allen.

While not being as upset anymore, Rina was hoping the boy would trust Byakko with his secrets.

where's my leaf special?

He would blink as the fox man had heard him, damnit why didn’t he think about the mutation actually applying to physical constraints!? It was too late now, he would sigh slightly listening to both Byakko and Rina, maybe it was time he was honest with Rina. He would think about if Rina may tell Byakko the gist of things despite thinking no, he opened his mouth only to have Rina do it anyways, maybe it was a rhetorical question? As she spoke he decided he should explain it a little better maybe then they would understand why him training with a single person wouldn’t work.

He would walk around the room closing the blinds and thinking how he would explain everything fully, while he listened to Rinas explanation it was somewhat true, however parts where missing, the other night he stated he wanted to come clean with Rina how was a good of a time as any. However something needed to be addressed first. “ While I would love to train with you, it’s doesn’t work like that, I can’t train like you do. From my understanding of Jutsu as a general rule of thumb, its trained based on what you can perform, you are limited by the Chakra you have and the control over that Chakra. “ he paused and finished closing the blinds to darken the room “ Furthermore I should explain something since Rina has stated I’m from the past.” He would pause once more and take a breather thinking how to word this.

He then smiled in the darkened office “ In my time, we believed that the ‘sage of six paths’ made the current world how it is, there is of-course more details than this however I am trying to keep to the shortened version. It’s theorized he used Yin/Yang Chakra to make the moon out of powerful daemons body and put its soul into himself after splitting it into nine tailed beasts. This monster was the Ten Tails, when the man was just about to die, the seal keeping those beasts back broken, and they run amok. The ability to do what he did was called ‘ the creation of all things’ at least that’s what I was told back then.” He paused and took a break for a moment waiting to see if any of them asked him something while there was more questions to answer he needed to explain some back story to the world, and somewhat related to his powers.

He opened his mouth again saying softly “ The Creation of All Things, is similar to my ability, Rina isn’t incorrect, as that is what I told her, I have no elements yet all elements, truth be told I can also make something out of nothing. I have the ability similar to the sage of six paths, the application of it is different as is the strength, however the principle is the same I think. I have no elemental affinity , however I have the ability to do whatever I want with the written word or in this case Rune." he paused and looked at Rina now before saying “ Anything is possible with the runes, as long as I have the knowledge and the chakra to perform the rune I can perform anything, I need time not only to work out the math behind a rune but to understand it.” He paused and took another short breather again using this time to give the others chances for talking.

After giving them around a few minutes he would say more on the subject “ the reason I cannot ‘trust’ you yet Byakko is the same reason I don’t trust Rina fully yet, I was hunted when I was younger, that’s the reason I was placed within a stasis rune, I was never meant to be within it for 900 years, but I was meant to be freed from it after the war had finished. I do not know this villages intentions, nor can you tell me those intentions as they could be misleading. I am a kid this is correct, and I am young, however all my life I have been hunted.“he paused once more this was taking much longer than he expected.

Instead of speaking further he decided to leave any more out of the story, and instead in the middle of the room his finger become alight with Chakra as he wrote the five basic elements, Earth, Lightning, Wind, Fire and Water in rune form. The runes where not that big, and had only the purple outline to tell that they were even there in the first place, he would then activate the runes which hovered in their places in the air. While active none of the elements moved from the runes location, in fact they all just floated there in different forms.

The lightning sparked and kicked up around the rune, slightly wild in its nature, kicking out but not that far from the rune itself. The fire rune pure as could be floated and the fire rose up slightly, not more than a few inches from the rune as it heated around it. The water rune formed a ball of water around the rune, which despite its nature didn’t move much. The Wind rune, was a twisting ball of wind, however despite this it really didn’t affect the rune and remained twisting around the rune written. And the Earth rune the final rune to tell you was a clump of rock around the rune, while he left them there he would wait for questions from either of them before explaining further. He would however reply one thing to Byakko; “ I cannot be a student to anyone, for the explanation I have given I know it was long winded, but I am sorry it’s the shortest story I could give you both. “

Pull my tail I dare you, that is if you don't mind fire.

    Byakko remained silent as he listened to their explanations. Heck he even remained vastly still, only moving to blink his eyes or twitch his ears every now and then. However when the runes that the boy had written in the air sparked to life, he folded his arms across his chest as a smile crossed his face. "I see, so you were hunted, much similar to my own kin." After he said those words the smile faced from his face. He reached back for a moment taking out his fan again only when he snapped it open, the ribs burst into blue flames. "So your ability is a kekkei genkai that prevents you from having an elemental nature while at the same time, giving you access to all of them." He held the flaming fan in front of himself for a moment as he stared into the sapphire embers before snapping it shut and killing the blaze all together.

    He looked to the side to Rina for a moment before sighing, "Fact of the matter is Allen. Think about it. You're a shinobi, or rather supposed to be in the academy to train to be a shinobi. Your ability allows you to use pretty much anything you want to without the limitations we normal shinobi have. Which gives me an idea if you'd be willing to test it." He folded his arms across his chest again as he shifted he weight on to one leg. "You can do virtually anything you want to, meaning if you were to find someone or something you truly wanted to protect, that person or thing would have nothing to fear. You could perhaps use one of these runes to teleport yourself from here to konoha, where ever that may be. You could soar through the skies like a bird with wings as well I'd bet. You could probably even raise a stronghold from the bowels of the earth as well if you so wished." Byakko reached forward and if the boy let him, gently poked his chest, "You are not limited, like the rest of us, by anything other than your own knowledge and chakra pool. If you'd be so willing as to allow me, I could help you expand that knowledge of your's so that one day when you do have the chakra pool to use that knowledge, there would be nothing stopping you from achieving your dreams."

    Byakko then stepped back and in fact even wandered over towards the other side of the room towards a table where he had left an old scroll. "Back to the idea of my test though. Allen I want you to look at something for me if you would be so kind." He tossed the scroll to the kid. "Inside that scroll is the written accounts of jutsu that my ancestors recorded having seen used by none other than Uchiha Madara himself during the great war. Of course that translation is transcribed into our current language here and now. Likely distorted from the original too, but I have a feeling you could produce something of equal or even greater power if you so wanted to. Again, this isn't thinking along the ways of new jutsu, but rather trial and error." Byakko shrugged his shoulders, "Feel free to humor me if you want, but I'll tell you now, all I want is to find a way to make sure that my family's life here in Yokuchi remains peaceful. If you would be willing to join me in my research into matters that might assist me with those endeavors, then I would be greatly appreciative." Byakko then began walking towards the door, "Of course in exchange your existence is as good as thin air to the council." He would then wait for Allen to disable his runes before opening the door, "Give it some thought, and come see me in my tree house manor when you've made up your mind. As for our discussion Mitsuko-sama, don't worry I'll calm down the council, so please do proceed as planned." With that he stepped through the door and shut it behind him before heading down the hall towards the back of the manor where he would be able to find the stair case leading up into the tree.

The woman would reach for her forehead with the back of her hand and gave off a soft sigh of relief “Oh dear… Thank you Byakko….” She’d say as he was leaving, waving him goodbye before looking back down to Allen. The female would then clear her throat “That Kekkei Genkai… Is unique… while you understand and can technically do everything… I’d advise you to not dwell in certain things, like mess with the laws of nature…” she’d say before closing her eyes and shaking her head.

Since Byakko had been nice enough to help out the situation, Rina would look at Allen “You know more than the academy can teach you… I’ll ask again.. Want to be on a team or solo? I’m okay with either and I’m sure Byakko and I can teach you some things… but not all. I’m a futon and suiton user… he’s got katon and futon… that leaves Doton and Raiton missing from the list to help you with…” the woman tapped her fingers on the desk “Unfortunately so that blonde that was looking over you is one of the few doton users around, then there’s the drum boy… As for ration… I… cant…. Remember….” She’d say before closing her eyes and giving a deep sigh and looked back at the boy “We can figure things out later on… But I’m glad you do trust us… however one rule still maintains… keep yourself not known to many… and im begging you to not go into the manor’s basement ok?” she’d say, that last part filled with worry.

Nobuyuki spent most of his time there and it wouldn’t be the first time she’d walk in to him trying to turn a trespasser into one of his puppets in the long run… And it wasn’t Nobuyuki who did it… It was Nazo. Knowing how he was, she knew that he had a “thing” for collecting puppets with unique abilities, after all. The female then cleared her throat “And…. This is about it… unless there’s anything else you’d like to discuss… I’d like to go wash up and get some much needed shut eye”

He would listen to the fox man’s words, taking in all he had to say, the first part of his sentence was true, he was hunted, however he didn’t know how much Byakko’s clan had been hunted. He would listen to the summary of which Byakko said and nodded his head slightly, what he hadn’t told them was it was possible to mix the base elements to make new elements , but right now that wasn’t a major truth which needed to be said. He would actually think about Byakko’s statement that he was supposed to be in the academy to train to be a Shinobi, while the idea had grazed his mind years ago but that was when he was in the leaf.

He listened to Byakko further he would blink as he heard about the test; he would watch his movement and take the information in. It was true he could do anything he wanted to with the runes he had the potential to unlock, and he could protect everyone he wanted if he was there. Then Byakko said something about teleporting, this was truly something he hadn’t thought of doing, teleporting that is, however it would be logical to say it was more than possible, all he would need is the X/Y/Z coordinates to teleport to them, or maybe he could replace that with the target area itself. With all this going on he forgot to dispel his runes, and took the time now to do so, each of them fading away to nothing, not even the rune remained in the air.

He was taken from his line of thought and the dispelling of his runes by the poke on his chest, he listened carefully and looked at him before wondering, what was the true goal behind this fox mans actions? Why would he want to improve Allen’s Knowledge when the risk itself could be the destruction of the village, why did he trust Allen so easily, for all they knew Allen could be a spy or something and have made this up? Though he hadn’t made this up and it was all truth, more or less in some places.

He would watch the man move over to a table and listen to the ‘test’ idea, he would listen to the full request, before he saw the scroll be tossed at him to which he reacted by catching the thing in his gloved hand which briefly let the metal protector on the hand show off the symbol of the leaf upon it. Listening to what the scroll contained he wondered had they been keeps of records like his clan used to be? He would listen and nod slightly waiting to see how Byakko felt and moved, he listened and nodded slightly before saying “ That exchange seems favourable for both of us I guess I can do that, there isn’t really much to think about I can’t be exposed to them Yet, they wouldn’t believe the story or they would want to make me a weapon, but I shall visit you later on.”

He would then turn his head towards Rina he hadn’t put much thought into if he should be a team or solo, he had been thinking solo however it would look more reasonable to the villagers if he was in a team, maybe he could be a distant team member which only was with the team when they needed a third person for dangerous missions? “ I don’t know Rina, I mean if I was Solo I couldn’t go on missions and it is not really plausible if we make a cover story, at the same time, if I was on a team I don’t think I should be making full time appearances on every mission.” He paused and rubbed the back of his neck before smiling slightly “ Its not that I need to be taught the elements its more to further my ability I need to understand what I make next, however if I get stuck I need to the runes ill come to you two.”

Listening to Rinas sigh he would look at her nodding as he listened to her “ sure I wont show my powers to everyone and I wont go there.” He paused and sighed slightly before saying to Rina “ im not really tired, but I am surprised you accepted the new things I told you despite some of them conflicting with the stories of which I have told you thus far.”

The female would look at Allen before clearing her throat “So far you’ve never lied to me…” she’d say, sitting back on her chair and tapped her cheek for a moment. Rina had an idea and was wondering how to word it “Okay… We will put you in one of Byakko’s siblings’ team… Amaterasu’s team should be the best. While you won’t always be present to train and such with them, I’d like you to interact with them as often as you can if possible.” She’d say before closing her eyes.

The female would then smirk slightly “Hey… You know more about your time than we do…. Could you also help me with something?” she’d ask, waiting to see if he asked what it was before closing her eyes for a moment before clearing her throat “If I provide you with the Ryo to do this… would you be okay with documenting history of your time on scrolls? I will also reward you for your troubles, see it as missions if you’d like to.” she’d say with a small smile

To be honest the girl was interested in getting records of it for more than one reason. One of them was obvious… A lot of people were interested in what villages existed long ago, along with being interested in the knowledge and most of all… A lot wanted to know what had cursed the land.

where's my leaf special?

He would listen to her nodding his head slightly taking in the details she had given in him and said to him, the part of him not lying was true, he remember he only stated parts of things for a reason it wasn’t like they was fully trusted yet however they had taken a massive step, even the stranger who he just met. Something seemed to click with the person known as Byakko, maybe Allen himself wasn’t as wild as he thought he was?

He would look at her as she spoke and put him on a team, he would nod and look at her before saying softly “Could I meet the team and the leader soon? I know you don’t normally arrange that its done by the academy, but you know that song and dance.” He smiled he was actually happy rather than just faking a smile to look cute or something like that, she further explained her idea and he nodded in agreement. Once she asked him to write down the history of his time he would think about it and nod slightly.

A few moments passed before he decided to give a reply to her questioning however it may not have been fully to her liking “ I can make the basic details out on scrolls, however, I may not have explained what my clan did back when they were alive. We were the recorders of time itself, not literally of course, though throughout each and every generation this book within our family was passed down and stored within the vault of the family home. It contained everything we knew about the current time back then, and figured where it was possible. However, that remains at my home near the hidden leaf. If I was to get that I could list near endless amounts of information, from Jutsu to the chakra of a tailed beast, though anything secret from the world was not known by us, therefore Hidan jutsu are not in the Record of Time Book.”

He paused before saying softly “ however I could fill a few scrolls with just information on beings of importance from the past, I assume the sage of six paths story caught your attention.” He paused and smiled before saying softly “ I will do it, however, I will make a personal requirement for doing it, Ryo is more a secondary need for me, while I’ll take it I don’t use too much of it, I would like if possible unrestricted access to books, regardless of the level it should be kept for, Jonin level, or what I would like them. The only bits of information I do not want – is information that is personal. I don’t want to know someones personal information, I do however want all this village currently has on Chakra natures.” He was polite and his request was for his own knowledge, it wouldn’t be miss used.

He then said softly “ oh, I should warn you.” He stopped, and he looked rather darkly at her now, not to threaten her or anything but to further state his point “ while I know the location of the old villages, if the leaf is anything to go by, we cannot access it the ways I normally would all the time. The land is dead in some spots, and in others it has recovered. Please keep this in mind while you think if we should go to the hidden leaf or not.”

The female would reach into the drawer and pulled out a key, placing it on the desk “Here’s the key to the archives “Here… the archives key… And it also gives you access to the secret library… However…” she’d look down at him “Books from the archive cannot… and I mean this… they cannot be removed from the area. There’s ANBU guarding the place and they make sure that nothing gets removed when people leave. There’s room for you to sit in the Archives, tables, supplies to write and such…” she’d say, rubbing her forehead “Down the stairs to the left, down the hall, door at the very end… Enjoy the access…”

The girl would then slowly get up and stretched “But this should cover all you need… keep me informed okay? I owe someone something… So I will be seeing you later or tomorrow…” the girl said, starting to reach for the door and opened it “Close the door when you leave okay Allen? I need to go rest…” she’d say before walking out, making her way down the hall and down the stairs quietly.
