Koshu looked over to Allen. "Your his care giver, I presume?" He smiled and glanced back at Kasumi. "I was wondering when you'd pop in. Did you get the tune of the song I was playing with my drum? I've had it stuck in my head for a while but I just can't put my finger on it. It's been on the tip of my tongue for an hour now." Although Koshu wasn't the strongest fighter, he was a great reconnaissance ninja. He picked up a little trick while talking. He would find a way to get the drum to play every so often to cover up some of his words. Although it wasn't some ingenious tactic or anything, it eventually became habitual in conversation.
"Well, Allen, it was fun talking to you. I hope you think about what we've talked about." He looked up at Kasumi. "I hope you do as well," he said with a smile. "He's a talented kid, I can feel it."
Allen would be looking up at the tree, sighing slightly, why was he ‘meant’ to go home so soon, he was actually enjoying himself out at the night. Even Ai spent most of her time out during the night which made training from her pretty hard to get, though his type of training was more ‘stand there in case I blow myself up’ . He would breathe in the night’s air, something which always drew him out of a home, he loved the smell of the night air, and despite it only being dusk the feeling was getting close to that of the night’s air.
He would be rather surprised when a blonde woman slapped her hand onto the counter and spoke to him, he would then watch her wink at the man on the counter and blink slightly, however instinct took over he didn’t know this person, and Rina had not told him about this person following him, so he quickly moved himself out into the open of the street, sliding as he got some distance between them. Who was this woman? Once he had stopped his left hand was a crossed his torso in a defensive stance. Would he have to take his glove off, he didn’t want too, there was a good chance he wouldn’t need too. He would look towards the blonde haired woman and the first words out of his mouth was “ I don’t know you and Rina has told me to stay away from people I don’t know, identify yourself.”
He paused his gloved hand remained up in a defensive way, other hand was bent slightly however for the most part was relaxed, as he listened to the males input he would sigh slightly “She’s not my caretaker, or I would have been told of her presence, not only that my assumptions that someone would have followed me would have been answered sooner by Rina.” He paused again he wasn’t dumb but as far as he knew this person had nothing to do with Rina, he could be mistaken and very mistaken at that. He would then say towards the man with the drum on his back “ It was fun talking to you too, however I believe this woman would take me back to the home regardless of me having fun it seems. Besides, Rina told me not to cause a scene using things just yet, so I’ll listen to her rules.” He would still keep his distance from the blonde haired woman, after all she pretty much admitted to following him around all day, at least in his eyes.
✿ The man at the counter, which she assumed had to be owner of the stand, was staggered and shocked at her sudden show of 'interest'. Blood flushed to his cheeks as the shock settled her forced himself back to work as the skewered dices of meat still sizzled on the grill. Yet she was sure the man would gift her some of those delicious brochettes before she left escorting the boy. Just with the anticipation her mouth watered but she could still wait for that. Her attention would turn Hyosa.
"Of course I heard the tune... All the village did actually." She said with a smile before turning his head to the boy.
Quite jumpy she had to admit and more than ready to swing the blade before knowing with who he was dealing with. Rina-chan might have give her the task to have him not two steps away from her gaze but that didn't mean she couldn't have fun in her task. Although she would have to recognize that the lad was sharp as a sword fresh from the forgery and from the looks he had to be equally smart as well. While the boy took a defensive stance the cook returned to her with a plate of the same brochettes the boys had enjoyed. She moved her hand to one of the sleeves of the kimono to pull her wallet which the man turned down claiming, as she had predicted, that these were on the house.
"Oh thank you sir." She said with a smile as she slowly chewed the perfectly seasoned and cooked dice of flesh. She slowly enjoyed the flavor of the spices and the fatty juices of the meat before swallowing them and turning to the kid. "Now kiddo.... I'm not your handler.... Didn't it occurred to you in a village full of shinobi and sentries some would share the responsibility? I'm just here to pick you up per Rina-chan's orders."
It was a lie of course and a very well crafted one as she had being stuck to him since he had left the main governance building, unseen and unheard, passing as a common woman among the rabble. Even her entire approach was unprofessional, anbu like her would just stay in the dark but to go look for him instead to treat him like a person instead of a convicted felon that escape from prison was better than anything.
"C'mon kid you know Rina-chan is strict." Kasumi said while devouring another dice from the brochette.
"Miss, with all do respect," Koshu said, placing his drum between Allen and the woman who just appeared, "I think I can get this kid to Rina just fine." One of the things Koshu hated the most was when someone took advantage of a kid. Considering the kid had some kind of tie in with Rina, he would make for a very high priority hostage target. Though new to the anbu, Koshu couldn't allow this to be done. He had no idea who the person before him was, nor would he bother to ask. Until proven otherwise, she was a low-priority threat and a non-existent target. "I'm sure he's flattered you have such an interest in him, but since he doesn't know who you are, I suggest you try and schedule a play date some other time."
Kusho tapped on his drum a couple of times before staring back at Allen. "Don't worry kid, if you don't want to go back with her, I can escort you home." He gave a smile and a thumb's up before his eyes turned back to Hana. "You can follow us along as you have been, and I won't stop you, but the kid's not leaving my site until he gets to Rina. That is, unless you think you can get past me. In which case.." Koshu picked the drum up, slinging the strap over his shoulder, "You're probably not a friend of his." Koshu could have taken a more aggressive route easily, but by turning this into more of a psychological battle, he hoped to gather information from this ninja a lot more quickly. If she revealed herself to be an enemy of the child, and the child had a tie to Rina, Koshu all but won. The entire village would come after her, and there's no way she was strong enough to take all of them on. However, if she was who she said she was, she'd most likely take up the offer of following them around. It was a win-win as far as he could see, he just had to make sure the child was close.
Allen would look at the blonde woman and then listen to everything she had to say, both that and the movements she performed, he would think how would he get away from this woman? Could he use some form of item? No, he hadn’t made it to the weapon shop to buy things he needed, he couldn’t use a transformation Jutsu or any Jutsu to escape for that matter, however maybe he could fake it to escape from them? Or maybe he could play the shy child and get one of them to fall into his trap, but that most likely wouldn’t work if she had indeed been tracking him all day then he was rather out of options, would he have to use THAT to escape?
However the male with him which Allen knew him was ‘Drum Anbu’ he would watch as he placed his drum between both himself and the blonde woman, Allen would nod as he looked at them listening to him and carefully watching his actions, it would appear that he was fine for now. He would however reach down onto the handles of the tonfas, which was basically glorified metal sticks with handles in order to use at close ranges, all be it these was unique and made out of a metal which not only could hold a charka charge but were also tough enough to block a normal blade. They had some other things too however for now none of that could be really seen. Once his hands left the handles he would slowly nod as he listened to them, his hands staying close together the gloved hand resting over the right hand as if waiting to see what would happen.
After he listened to them both he took some time before replying to the woman first, for she was the first to speak, his left eye closed showing the that the red marking on his face did in fact cross the eyelid. He spoke softly and turned his remaining open eye to Hana making sure she knew this was directed at her “ Rina is a strict person, however from what I can tell if you was assigned to be looking after me by the sentries then it would contradict the existing ‘conditions’ I have with Rina. That combined with some other facts make your story seem unlikely to be true, for example if the sentries did know about me they would have been given a profile and know how to approach me correctly without me doing something like this which would most likely result in said target running away.” He paused taking a breather before saying softly “ Besides Rina would inform me of such an act, that’s the way she is in the talks we have had, I know she wouldn’t act out of character.”
Was he playing a dangerous game, yes he was, however most of the things he had said in his eyes was spot on he may have been wrong or right however from the facts he had gotten about rina he knew these were correct. He would turn his attention to his ‘protector’ which was Koshu saying softly “ I have a name, however I am sure having you escort me home sounds much better than someone just claiming they are here under orders, I would prefer going home myself, I know the city layout by now, I’ve run enough chores around here to do so. Not only that I’ve been alone in the forest for years, the only reason I was near here anyways was I was chasing down dinner, that’s all. Other than that I would have remained in part of the forest no one comes too. It’s much quieter there.” He paused and now no longer said anything on that matter he would however move slightly to the side of the pair, and close to a fence which had some boxes stacked up near it, just in case he had to run from the pair of them.

Twich twich. Nanami would be walking the streets of the market after once again Byakko took her candy. What was it? The fifth time since the month started? And then he insinuated she was getting fat. Like always, Nanami threw a fit and stormed off. This had been about… three hours ago. Sigh… Why was Byakko such a pain in the ass? But… Nanami did understand why he did it, he had always been overprotective of her.
She’d reach the area with restaurants and the scent of roasted meat hit her nose. The fox would let a smile spark on her lips as she started to decide where to get herself a meal for once. She knew big brother would be mad at her missing dinner but she was still a bit mad. Either way the female, whom was wearing a rather light red and golden outfit would stop in front of the grill, her tails swishing behind her.
While most people saw Nanami and her family as weird, she never seemed to bother with the gazes but… Touching her tails was a bad choice in the long run. Nanami hated having her tails tugged and lost her temper easily over it. Slowly she’d step into barbeque stand and slowly sat down next to Kushu, having overheard a few mentions here and there about Rina as she’d wait for a moment “You know, I’m not sure if the Mistress would like you calling her by such informal terms unless she allows you… And even so, remember that politeness gets you a long way in the end…”
Nanami’s voice was soft and full of life as she would settle on the stool, her tails lowered down so they wouldn’t bother anybody before her ears moved a bit on the top of her head. She’d check the menu quietly for a moment, placing her right hand to her chin as she tried to pick something to eat, looking over slightly with the amber jewels that were her eyes “Fancy meeting you guys here” she’d say, more mentioning Kushu and Kasumi, fellow ANBU of hers before looking over to Allen “Who’s the kid?” she’d ask softly, hoping this didn’t mean they were on assignment and she’d end up having to help babysit some kid.
It was bad enough babysitting her sisters…

✿ As she still chewed on the perfectly cooked and broiled dices of meat she would have to agree that the kid was even sharper of what she thought at first. Even through her story was solid he was able to see through the deception. She had to wonder what the kid was but then decided that it wasn't her business to judge who where Rina-chan's acquaintances. Then there was the problem of Hyosa, despite being an ANBU the kid had the guts to challenge an order from a superior. Although she wasn't the sort of angry and brutal commander he would have a talk with him afterwards but now her priority was to bring the kid back home whether he had spent time on the wild or not it was part of her orders. Why would Rina wanted him under tabs so much was above her pay grade.
"Look kid I just got orders. Whatever is your business with Rina-chan are between you two." She said earnestly.
Then another voice came from behind. One that she knew pretty well. The blonde turned around to lay her gaze upon a mix of a girl and a fox. Then it came the complaint that everyone made about Kasumi calling their leader by a more familiar name than the normal regal custom everyone else used. It was not due disrespect since the woman herself had allowed it without any consequence to Kasumi. So unless someone who had a larger status than herself she would always call Rina like if she had known her for a big portion of her life. In reality she never got what was the scandal of calling the woman like that. In the end Kasumi would only sigh at the disapproval like she had done in the past.
"Hey Nana." She saluted the girl while introducing another cube of the broiled meat in her mouth. "Ah... Rina-chan's cousin." She said flatly making up her mind of what she would do now to drag him home.
Great now he had to think more, he would been in thought about a few things, firstly the Hana’s movements had been weird, for an escort, they should know his name at least, unless the ANBU really did suck and lose most of the training they had over 900 years ago. However keeping that little fact under his hat so to speak for now was in his best interests, after all the more people that new about his past the more people would actually question him which in turn would result in negative development of the current situation.
He was snapped out of his thinking pattern only by another voice, a third voice, this just sent off alarm bells in his head, he knew one of them was ANBU, and that the other had been following him around all day. To make the matters worse , he would listen to the speech she gave and part of him wanted to actually congratulate her on saying pretty much exactly what he did to Rina however no way in hell was he going to call someone a ‘Mistress’ no way in hell Rina’s title was ‘kage’ just these people forgot the title. He would again stop his thinking patterns once he noticed her tails he would blink before thinking ‘how many tails does she have?’ he would slowly count them and came up with Nine. Nine tails, was this woman the Nine tails jinchuriki?!
He had to make provisions right now to escape not only was this gathering becoming way too much in the terms of the amount of people here, it was suspicious. An ANBU somehow being at a bar he was at , someone being ‘the watcher’ as if by mistake, and now a third person, no way was this all in line with chance. As he stood there he formatted a plan, one that could work. It would require some time to set up the plan however; firstly he had to defend himself. Moving his non gloved right hand he would slide it up long sleeve of his left arm as if he had an itch. During this time he would be writing onto himself using his finger to draw the rune secretly, the runes he was drawing was ‘Substitute for Fire Clone.’ He drew the rune by letting out the smallest bit of chakra, so much so it wasn’t a drain even for him.
While he had written the rune he hadn’t activated it yet, meaning that his charka hadn’t taken a hit yet, after finishing drawing he would move his hand from under the sleeve and moved his hand away resting it by his side again. There was a chance someone could however catch sight of his blackened left arm, which looked like it was burned or something. He decided in order to not look out of place he would speak; after all he had been listening just not as much to the tailed woman for right now he was concerned about the blonde who had been stalking him.
He would look at Hana now rather differently than before in fact his whole tone had changed too it was now much darker, as if something snapped within Allen’s mind “Firstly, this is why I call that you are a liar or are withholding something from me, You call me kid, not my name, which I am sure you would know if Rina had sent you. Secondly, orders for missions should follow the shinobi code of battle, so you shouldn’t have made yourself known. You just saluted that woman there, who I am sure is the Nine Tails Jinchuriki. While the Anbu member over there seems just caught up in it, and I respect him for his offer, I believe its time I left, forgive me for seeming rude however your story doesn’t add up, Miss Stalker, and I will take my farewells.”
After saying all that he would breathe slowly and bow his head towards the other two, using this time to think of a way out, he knew what to do now, he would use a hand sign base for earth style calling out he was going to use one, however he would use the Fire spires rune to make a cover of fire and smoke, which should hopefully clear anything on him if there was any tracking of sorts, he would then substitute for the fire clone who could stand in the fire, and it would cover for him while he used his speed to escape, they most likely wouldn’t be expecting him to be pretty quick on his feet after all he was a kid.
He would sigh and start performing hand signs it took about 8 signs during these he would write the runes for ‘Fire Spires’ onto his gloved hand ontop he when spoke once finishing the last sign“Earth Style; Binding Earth Jutsu.” He would then slam the left gloved hand onto the floor as he did so the ground would crack and break in around 5 places around him, these places would then have smoke, and a spear tip like formation of fire break out of the dirt around him the earth which was once the floor burned in the heat of the flames producing a hot smoke which ‘washed’ over Allen blowing anything small of his person if he was lucky. He would the activate the substitute for fire clone, and as he did that he would feed chakra to the rune which copied him and added a fire nature to it, the spires of fire expanded and covered the newly made fire clone.
Allen in the meantime used the smoke of the fire and the clone to escape, he would Mexican(jump) himself right over the fence he was near and sprint down the road, attempting to escape, the fire clone would stand in the fire of the spires which had spread to where it was standing , and it was now making hand signs however since Allen knew only the basics to the hand signs the middle section of the signs where rather weird, maybe this distraction would give the real Allen time to escape, though despite running out of the fire.
The soles of his boots had been lightly burned, however he had majorly escaped without an issue, despite him not knowing of the seed clone tracking thing placed on him he felt it a safety procedure to ‘scorch’ things off him just in case one of them had placed something on him it might not work, but it might work in the same point. He would hopefully gotten far enough away from the group of random people, and the nine tailed thing to make his getaway, to add to his getaway, he ran down numerous alleyways and in the end started to make a running move towards Rina’s house.
Just about to pick something to eat, she’d hear the boys words and looked over “What in the world is a Jinchuriki?” she’d ask softly before slowly getting up, forgetting about eating now. What was going on? And who was this kid? Far as Nanami knew the mistress had barely any family left besides a cousin that resided with her in the Manor.
Not to say the boy seemed weird. She’d catch him perform a hand seal before slamming his hand on the ground and suddenly fire. Nanami’s eyes would look around as she tried to understand what the fuck was going on but in the mess Allen had in fact been able of slipping off and leaving the clone behind. Stepping out, the girl would reach for the clone and grabbed its collar, whacking it upside the head, only for it to burst into flames. Luckily Nanami’s full attire was fire resistant, and her gloves and gauntlets were in fact fireproof. Nanami looked over “Oi! We got a runner, I'll take care of it!” she’d call out to Koshu and Kasumi before looking around. Her clothes were a bit singed in the process but what else was new? It happened way too often for Nanami to get overly worried about it, she would just have to buy more clothing later on.
In the mess Allen’s boots had gotten scorched and some of the rubber of its had rubbed off on the ground right by the fence, making the young female wonder as she reached over and jumped over the fence at relative ease and sniffed the air. She could still smell the rubber in the air as she started to run after the kid. Sure he’d gotten a head start but she was more than likely capable of catching him before he did something stupid. That and Nanami was after questions right now. Whoever this kid was, something seemed off about his story and as an ANBU she had a duty to find out, especially for the greater good of the village. The kid’s behavior raised enough red flags for her to be concerned about him being a spy.
